Year 3 "Roman Day" at Woodpecker Hall
Today our year 3 classes came into school wearing amazing historic Roman clothing.
The children really enjoyed learning about Roman History and how their powerful empire influenced modern civilisation.
The Romans are credited with inventing a number of essential items that are now used today!
Books, newspapers, concrete and calendars are some of the important thing's created.
A huge well done to all the pupils coming into school wearing Roman clothing!
