NHS Audiology (hearing screenings) for Reception pupils at Woodpecker Hall
On Monday 19th and Tuesday 20th February 2024, the NHS School screeners will be visiting Woodpecker Hall Academy. Hearing screenings play an important role in identifying children who may have hearing loss
Parents have already been sent the letter but a copy can be found here
You only need to return the form if your child has a PVP Shunt or if you wish to opt out.
