Run, run, run!

This week our Reception children will be getting involved in a new initiative that focuses on improving the physical and mental health of children.

“A Daily Mile” aims to improve the well-being of children by getting them to run or jog, at their own pace, for 15 minutes each day.

Being more active can help the children improve concentration skills and allow them to focus more in class.

Nursery children will also be taking part.
