Build your own volcano!

The Year 4/5’s arts and crafts class took part in a fantastic project that included building volcanoes with plastic bottles and papier-mâché, painting them then erupting them.

Not only did this project involve building and painting their volcanoes but the pupils used science to create a chemical reaction with vinegar and baking soda to simulate the volcano erupting with lava.

We were really impressived with their efforts.
